Type 2: Streaming

Closing ceremony of the 49th edition of the Master’s Degree in International Business Management 2025 organised by ICEX and the Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP), held in the ICEX-CECO auditorium in Madrid and streamed on YouTube.

Opening session of the Madrid es Moda 2024 event, organised by the municipal platform Madrid es Moda and the ACME association, where students and professional designers showcased their latest creations to mark the start of Madrid Fashion Week.

The parade took place at the Puerta de Alcalá, and both the event itself and the pre-event videos were streamed on YouTube.

Episode 27 of CienxCien Banco de España: The Bank Behind the Scenes.

A Bank of Spain podcast recorded live with several cameras and an audience. The content was subsequently edited and published in two thematic parts on YouTube.

Type 3: Video news reports

End-of-year ceremony for the 2022–2023 academic year at EOI Madrid. A video news report summarising the closing ceremony for all postgraduate and master’s programmes at the School of Industrial Organisation, featuring comments from students, professionals and academic staff

ICEX Welcome Session: Academic Placements for Young People University Students 2026. A video report on the induction day at ICEX for the 50 undergraduate and postgraduate students from various Spanish universities who arrived in early 2026 to undertake six-month curricular and extracurricular work placements in different departments of the public body.

Closing ceremony for the Master’s Degree in International Management of the ICEX 2025 Enterprise Programme. Video report on the events at the closing ceremony of the 49th edition of this Master’s degree programme, organised in collaboration with the UIMP, which marks the start of the second phase of the programme: a year of work placements for ICEX scholarship holders at Spain’s Economic and Commercial Offices abroad.

15th edition of the Generación €uro competition. A video news report on the final day of this competition, which aims to raise awareness of how the Eurosystem’s monetary policy works amongst pre-university students across Spain. Goodnews has been producing video news reports on this final presentation of projects – which takes place at the Bank of Spain’s headquarters in Madrid – for the past five editions.

Presentation of the ESADE-ICEX 2026 Academic Staff Plan. Video news report on the information session about the new International Management Training Programme, which the postgraduate school is running for the first time in partnership with ICEX to train business executives with responsibilities for internationalisation. The video features comments from lecturers and academic staff, as well as from Javier Solana, currently president of EsadeGeo.

Type 4: Annual Report

Bank of Spain Supervisory Report 2023. A series of four videos, each lasting up to 2 minutes 30 seconds, which break down the main themes of the annual supervisory report that the BDE produces on credit institutions. Produced in the style of a news feature with a voice-over, it combines live-action footage, on-screen text and animated infographics.

Commemorative publication marking the 50th anniversary of the ICEX Scholarships. A video recap of the events held to mark the 50th anniversary of the ICEX Scholarships. It is a
an informative video featuring a presenter, filmed using a green screen against a virtual backdrop, into which all the audiovisual material produced for the various events has been incorporated.

ICEX 2024 Annual Sustainability Report. An informative video featuring animation, graphics and voice-over, which sets out the main
data from ICEX’s Sustainability Report, one of the two annual reports that the public-sector enterprise is required to submit to its Board of Directors.

Bank of Spain Annual Report 2023. An informative video in interview format in which the Governor of the Bank in 2023, Pablo Hernández de Cos, explains and analyses the details of this annual report in a conversation with TVE’s economic correspondent, Susana Roza.

Type 5: Advertising video

Never stop learning. Santillana Latin America. A promotional video to complement the educational publisher’s new branding campaign, entitled “Unlock Your Potential”. It tells the story of a student about to set off for university, saying goodbye to her family and friends. With poetic narration and an emotional tone, as well as the warmth conveyed by the cast of actors and the symbolism of the imagery, the video highlights the importance of learning as one embarks on a new stage in life.

Plan Veo. Ministry of Health. A television advertising campaign created to raise awareness of the scheme offering a subsidy of up to 100 euros towards the purchase of glasses for children under 17. Featuring a cast of actors, academic settings, live-action footage and an indie aesthetic, the result is a series of fresh, vibrant, educational and effective advertising materials that achieve the intended aim.

Dedicated to healthcare. Video marking the 50th anniversary of the Jiménez Díaz Foundation. A promotional video produced to be screened at an anniversary dinner with the clinic’s staff, highlighting the importance of health and of studying and working in the field of healthcare. Produced using a combination of live-action footage, graphics and voice-over, the result is both highly dynamic and effective.

Live, grow, enjoy – wemadrid.es. Madrid City Council. A corporate promotional video produced for Madrid City Council to showcase the capital as a place of opportunity to visit, live, study and work. Filmed using live-action footage and enhanced with artificial intelligence effects, it was screened in the Caja Mágica pavilions during the most recent Madrid Tennis Open.

‘Made in Spain’ value chain. IDAE. Promotional video on the importance of the Spanish renewable energy sector, produced with
A real-life video, making extensive use of aerial and dynamic shots, featuring a voice-over and highlighting key ideas with various on-screen captions, which was screened on the opening day of the International Week of Electrification and Decarbonisation at IFEMA Madrid.

Dare to help. British Council School. This is a music video based on a song written by pupils from all year groups at the school to raise awareness of bullying and violence in schools. Produced by the musician Carlos Jean, it was promoted on the British Council’s social media channels.

Type 6: Faculty/Centre video

EOI Corporate Video. A promotional video for the School of Industrial Organisation, showcasing its academic programmes in postgraduate and master’s courses specialising in sustainability, energy and renewable energy businesses, featuring live-action footage, text overlays and motion graphics effects to highlight the key messages of the script. The result is a highly dynamic video that clearly explains the mission and values of this public business school.

Active Startup Series. EOI. A six-episode 2D animated series created using motion graphics, which uses a fictionalised script to showcase this programme designed to boost innovation within companies by drawing on the developments of start-ups generated within the EOI innovation ecosystem. The script makes it very easy for someone with no prior knowledge of the subject to understand how the Activa Startup initiative could be of use to them.

Do you know what Education USA is? USEmbassy Madrid. A promotional video produced to raise awareness of this service providing access to university studies in the United States – a network of official, free academic advisory centres that forms part of the US Department of State. The video combines live-action footage and animation, a voice-over and testimonials from students who have used the service, in the style of a news report.

Study for your undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the United States. US Embassy, Madrid. A promotional video commissioned by the US Embassy in Madrid, which showcases what American universities are like in terms of access opportunities, facilities and student life. The video combines live-action footage and animation, as well as a voice-over, in the style of a university promotional video.

Community colleges. US Embassy. An informative video commissioned by the US Embassy in Madrid, produced to highlight this alternative route to studying for a university degree in the US: community colleges. The video combines live-action footage and animation, with a voice-over and testimonials from students who have used the service, in the style of a feature report.

Type 7: Christmas cards

Season’s Greetings for Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and Epiphany 2025–2026. ENAIRE. A series of three 2D animated greeting cards created for the public air traffic control organisation, based on its graphic elements, line style, typography and corporate colours

Christmas card 2025. Unión de Mutuas. A congratulatory video for employees featuring 2D and 3D animations and effects superimposed onto live-action footage.

Type 8: Podcast

CIENXCIEN, a podcast from the Bank of Spain. Episode 17. Inflation: who loses out and who gains?. This episode of the video podcast, in which the Spanish banking supervisor discusses topics relating to the economy, science, technology and society with high-profile guests – in this case Galo Nuño, Director-General for Institutional, European and Transparency Affairs at the Bank of Spain – focuses on the impact of inflation on people’s day-to-day lives.
